Terms & Conditions

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ALO Educational Hub website, enrolling in a program, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Payment Responsibility

To maintain uninterrupted access to our resources, services, and facilities, students are required to pay their monthly fees on or before the designated due date. Timely payments allow ALO to continue providing the education and resources that support student success.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we encourage students facing payment challenges to contact the finance department promptly. We will work collaboratively to find solutions, ensuring confidentiality and understanding throughout the process. Failure to meet payment deadlines may result in restricted access to resources and services until outstanding fees are settled.

Academic Commitment

Consistent attendance is an essential component of academic excellence and professional development. Regular class participation fosters a deeper understanding of course material and prepares students for the work ethic required in their future careers.

To qualify for placement assistance offered by ALO Educational Hub, a minimum attendance rate of 90% is mandatory. Students must also maintain an A grade within the placement grade range of A to C. Weekly assessments and active participation in coursework help determine a student's grade and eligibility for placement services.

Use of Our Services

You agree to use the website, learning resources, and community spaces responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws. Course materials are provided for personal learning and may not be copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission from ALO Educational Hub.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
